Risk Reality trains Care Workers in performing risk assessments. Care Workers complete assessments at their patient's houses regularly but have no easy way to practice.
The trainees will be taught how to search a lounge, identify risks along the way, and then decide on an appropriate response to each one.
By using procedural generation, a different room is generated each time. This allows for many different layouts which keeps the training fresh.
Trainees can freely explore the room, interacting with any object they require. When a risk has been identified, a controller button is pressed to mark it on the form.
Developed as a part of a final year project for BSc Hons Software Engineering. Further work would see the house expanded to generate additional rooms.
